Time for Something New

"I never thought I'd be doing something like this."  I'm sure you've heard that before from someone about something or other, perhaps even about the starting of a blog, but I am going to try to keep the cliches and other such nonsense down to a minimum.  As I get older I find myself becoming testier and  even less politically correct than I once was.  That might help keep it interesting.  And  I'm at least  as liberal as I was then so I hope you'll take  that into consideration if future some rant of mine gets out of control.  You are welcome to make comments.  If it doesn't suit you, then - Tough Shit!  There are lots of other blogs.

I've got a couple of ideas simmering, but that's all for now.
